  My husband and I visited Mattress Firm yesterday to purchase a bed for a house we own in Georgia. For various reasons having to do with the Savannah store being a franchise (not a corporate store) the salesman, Joe, explained that he would not be able to sell us the mattress in Greenwich but that we would have to work with the Savannah franchise. Joe could have stopped then but, instead, he continued to help us by calling the Savannah store and inquiring about their inventory so that he could show us the beds in the Greenwich store that we would be able purchase in Savannah. He spent time discussing and explaining the various mattress options and we left with all of the information we needed to be able to purchase our bed of choice from the Savannah store. We were disappointed that we could not purchase directly from Joe. He was professional through and through, knowledgeable, good humored...an excellent representative of the company.

  Chris and Chris were an amazing help. Came n for just the box spring. I had a couple of questions about purchasing a mattress. Everything was explained. Didn't some many thing to consider. Very helpful and knowledgable about there products. Will be back and would recommend fr anyone to find there perfect sleep at mattress firm.
