  The managers at LF are extremely rude and the clothes are very over priced. If you have a problem with the merchandise you don't stand a chance at getting an exchange, if you are a great customer and spend a lot of money it means nothing to them - they don't even know what customer service is, they would sell you snake oil if they could! The girls that work in the store are allowed to wear the merchandise all day long and then they put it back on the floor to be sold and charge you an arm and a leg for clothing made in china.. GROSS. I am thrilled there's now an Urban Outfitters on East Elm street. I hope they put LF out of business!!!

  I love this store. Their clothes are always ahead of the trends. I'll buy something here and then see it in other stores months or years later. The quality of the clothing is good too
